Launching Your Brand
Expanding clinical utility
Healthcare Business Development (BD) has historically been fragmented. We solve this by engineering every solution through four non-negotiable pillars of professional growth.
Stop treating Business Development as a speculative expense. DocX.One is the first clinical operating system that sits atop your professional network to turn "visibility" into "predictable revenue."

Eliminate "gut-feeling" growth strategies. DocX.One provides a real-time heatmap of your clinical demand, allowing you to deploy resources precisely where the market is responding.

Replace fragmented, high-cost marketing with an automated digital identity. By shifting from lead-gen to organic clinical authority, you achieve an immediate indirect gain in revenue through expense reduction.
Protect the volume you have. Our handover infrastructure ensures care journeys are never lost to competitors, securing the revenue potential of every clinical referral in the network.

Once integrated into the DocX.One backbone, activate these modules to drive clinical volume and professional reputation.

Customized solutions for every tier of the healthcare industry.

DocX offers DocX.One for HCPs. It begins with building a comprehensive professional profile, which is SEO-powered. It provides a paperless patient referral management system to increase productivity and business.
Hospitals rely on referred patients from doctors. However, these referrals are unknown until the patient visits.
With DocX.One, this gap is addressed, and hospitals can proactively contact referred patients ahead of time.
The hospital owner/admin/P.R.O can manage all departments. They can search for doctors on the platform and send a link request for the department. Once the doctor approves, they are added to the hospital's profile.
If the doctor is not found, the hospital can still onboard the doctor with basic information, and they will be automatically linked to that department. That doctor is available under the hospital for referrals. When the doctor tries to onboard or log in, they will be asked to create credentials and start using DocX.One.
For doctors, it is absolutely free. For hospitals with up to 5 doctors, it is free as well. For hospitals with more than 5 doctors, custom plans are available. Please get in touch with us for more information.
DocX.One houses granular details about a doctor as an HCP, including license type, ID and proof, experience, specialty, education timeline, practice timeline, rewards and achievements, certifications and fellowships, engagements, and memberships.
All of this is SEO-powered, helping doctors market themselves and gain visibility among other HCPs and patients.
Some setups involve a group of hospitals forming a company. At the company level, the GOH may want to track and oversee the performance of connected practices.
The company can be onboarded as a GOH and can start linking existing hospitals by requesting a link or onboarding new hospitals to auto-link them. Once linked, the GOH can monitor hospital performance metrics and make informed decisions.
DocX has a program called DocX.Ally. Marketers, PRO agencies, and business growth consultants in the healthcare industry can become DocX Allies. There are different types of alliances depending on the ally’s role, placement, and scope in the industry.
To understand these in detail and design a custom program that fits both DocX and the Ally, let’s talk!
We are a team of experienced but young doctors, technologists, and healthcare marketers. DocX has been created with the aim of bringing a very modern mindset to practice for HCPs (Healthcare Professionals). While healthcare is emerging from a science and machinery perspective, HCPs' day-to-day operations are still legacy, and a young approach to handling them is needed. Essentially, DocX aims to bring an X factor to the way HCPs are functioning today.
